The evolutionary journey
Living in alignment with our soul can be described as a state of natural radiance. Embodying our radiance means allowing our intentions to shape our choices, feeling free and inspired to creatively move and act towards actualising our potential.
When we are in our radiance we cherish life as it is and we are deeply accepting of who we are - past, present and future.
The evolutionary journey asks of us to become curious and notice “What shapes my choices and actions, what shapes my capacity to connect with myself and others in this very moment? - is it my embodied radiant presence; is it my learned, inherited patterns; is it love, is it fear?”.
This enquiry puts in motion an alchemical process. We open our hearts and welcome the ancestors and the stories that we carry in our cells and that continue to shape how we show up in the world.
When we witness our ancestors with reverence, seeing both the reality of what they lived with and also the radiance of who they were, we experience a sense of completeness. The space we unconsciously hold for them becomes available for following through with our own creative pursuits.
The evolutionary journey requires that we make visible the do’s and the don’t’s that have ensured survival and succes in the past so that we take the best and use it to create new evolutionary options that are a living embodiment of our own radiance. Being and Doing become a coherent continuum…
Constellations and Rituals – a path to evolution
It is through discovering the imprinted patterns of belonging to our family and culture that we become more free to consciously choose to live in accordance with our unique evolutionary calling.
It is through a vibrant connection to our body that we access both the layers of trauma and the well of resources that have continued to source Life over the ages. As we learn to meet the embodied patterns of suffering and disconnection that live in ourselves, we release the energy that can serve our creativity, so that we can cultivate new options in the world and be available to love and be loved.
Constellations and rituals illuminates the visible connection of all that, at any given moment, is vividly participating to create our experience of Life as it is – our body and soul, our ancestors and the events that shaped their journeys, nature with all its fierce and loving wisdom and the realm of the beyond – all the mystery and creative intelligence that stands as the sacred matrix that shapes how life moves and evolves.
Standing in the resonance field of constellations and rituals is a deep embodied remembering of all that we are, of all the thousands of generations of ancestors have travelled for life to arrive to us, of all the sacred creative intelligence that sources life and all that is yet to be manifested from the realm of potentiality through our lives.

Oana Tănase
Oana is an alchemist at heart. As a systemic coach and constellations facilitator for the past decade, her evolutionary path has led her to train in systemic and executive coaching, business and family constellations, alchemical constellations and somatic oriented approaches. Her blended approach aims to re-shape the personal “attraction field” so that people live from their radiance and act in resonance with their evolutionary calling.
Oana is an artful teacher of embodiment – bridging the art and science of attuning our biology (our nervous systems) to consciously make sense of the resonance showing up in our bodies. She guides clients to use that as information to support the process of conscious evolution that transmutes ancestral imprints into radiant wisdom in service of Life.
Language, especially poetry, is deeply important to her as “words create worlds.” She teaches people to shape their felt experience into words. The resonant sentences of truth which emerge from the experience of being in a constellation ground and seal new possibilities from the field of potentiality into actualized reality.
